The two races in November were just 2 weeks apart. I managed to shave off about 5 minutes for Xiamen 70.3 compared to Danang 70.3.
And I took another 13 minutes off for Western Sydney 70.3 and came in with my best timing after 4 years into this sport. All this could not have been possible with just the hours of training alone, the nutrition plans played an important role in helping me achieve this result.
