Elvia is a Naturopathic Nutritionist specializing in Sports Nutrition.

She is a science and computer geek with a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and a Certificate in Western Herbal Medicine.


A lifelong reader with endless thirst for knowledge, she is always exploring the latest research on training and nutrition. She believes her passion in the sport and obsession in the physiology of training and recovery gives her an edge in helping athletes performing their best through appropriate daily/training/race nutrition.


Since 2006 Elvia has been a student and fan of triathlon, racing sprints to Ironman and stacking multiple podiums across various events. As one of the pioneers of triathlon in Singapore, she has seen the sport evolve, often from the front of the field.

Her passion for the sports goes beyond racing. She is an avid cyclist who turned her tri-bike into a bike-packing machine. She has tackled the gravel epics across Quebec and Taiwan with loaded panniers and conquered the climbs around Chiang Mai and Kota Kinabalu.


As a dedicated mother of two, she is committed to instilling the values of curiosity, love of reading and learning in her young children through homeschooling.
